It was just a balanced option for a speedy visit in Renton with great for the money. The staff was flexible enough to waive the parking fee after a brief conversation about the unclear policy. Make sure to clarify any additional charges at check-in.

Great for a Budget Pre-Cruise Stay
Convenient location with shuttle access to the airport. Room offered a comfortable king bed with cozy pillows, ensuring a restful night. Breakfast options were decent but rushed on shuttle days. Pro tip, Call the shuttle well in advance to avoid waiting. Overall, a satisfying budget stay.

Convenient shuttle service for airport access, although it can be tricky to find. The rooms feature a decent amount of space, allowing you to stretch out after a long day without feeling cramped.
Significant wait times for the shuttle caused frustration. I waited nearly 30 minutes for it to arrive. Check-in was also a hassle—getting stuck on hold multiple times and facing more waiting at the front desk put a damper on my arrival. Additionally, the overall appearance of the rooms was a bit dated, lacking the modern vibe expected from online photos.

I found the location to be convenient, especially for getting around to local attractions. The staff provided helpful directions that made my stay easier. I also enjoyed the shuttle service, which was a lifesaver for reaching the airport. It was nice to have an option to leave my car at the hotel while I traveled.
I noticed the hallways were dark, which made navigating a bit tricky. The breakfast area was small and often crowded, so I had to take my meal back to my room a few times.

We had a pleasant stay with our two small kids. The outdoor pool was a hit, keeping them entertained for hours! The room was modern and included a handy kitchen, which made meal prep easy for our large family. The location is convenient to local attractions too.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options nearby.

I stayed in the Mobility/Hearing Accessible Two Bedroom Suite and it was a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side, it was spacious and had a small kitchen that was super helpful for making meals since I couldn't go out much after surgery. But, a mouse popped into my bed the first night, which was seriously gross. Also, there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night that made for a rough sleep. The staff were nice enough, but that experience was just exhausting.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable room equipped with a small kitchen that made meal prep super easy, especially with my limited mobility. The relaxing outdoor space and cozy continental breakfast options were just what I needed to unwind during my stay. The only minor downside was the lack of room service, but that didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊
